I had a contract which expired and was still paying for my contract several months later(wasn't using the phone). Ok my fault i didn't phone to cancel it. But when i did contact them they tried very hard to renew my contract. I of course was not interested. They said they would email me a cancellation code which of course they never did! I waited and waited still nothing. I finally got around to calling them again and then received a cancellation code. I am now trying to get a refund for the money i had paid after my initial phone call. They are still refusing to hand my money over!! Arghh!!!! Hey there,
